Due to the nature of our premium BiziLux hair products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure all products remain in perfect condition for every client.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused and in original, unaltered condition
Hair must not have been worn, installed or altered in any way
Original packaging must remain fully intact and sealed
Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests
Non-Returnable Items
Hair products that have been used, worn or installed
Custom or specially ordered hair not available in our standard range
Products with opened, damaged or tampered packaging
Training programme fees or pre-booked services
Items returned outside the 7-day return window
Our Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
We replace items if they are received in a defective or damaged condition. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our team within 48 hours with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an exchange or refund as a priority.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. Our team will resolve the matter promptly and cover all return shipping costs for confirmed faults or errors made on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured service for all returns. OlivHairSupply cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
