About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the OlivHairSupply website and the purchase of products and services from us. By accessing our website, placing an order or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

OlivHairSupply is a professional hair extension brand based in Berlin, Germany. We operate two salon locations and an online store supplying BiziLux premium hair products and professional services.

02 — Products and Descriptions

Our Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately including colours, textures and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen accurately represents the exact colour or appearance of our products.

All BiziLux products are 100% Remy human hair unless otherwise stated
Product weights, lengths and bundle counts are approximate and may vary slightly
Colour representations on screen may differ slightly from the physical product
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or substitute products without prior notice
Availability is subject to stock levels which can change without notice
03 — Pricing and Payment

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for online orders
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all appointment bookings
The remaining balance for appointments is due on the day of your service
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
All payment transactions are processed securely by our payment providers

Appointment deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not attend your appointment.

04 — Orders and Contract

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully
A separate dispatch notification will be sent when your order is shipped
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability or suspected fraud
If we cancel your order we will issue a full refund within 5 business days
05 — Delivery

Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout Europe and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. All delivery estimates are approximate.

Standard EU delivery 3 to 5 business days from dispatch
Express delivery options are available at checkout
Free standard shipping on orders over 200 EUR
International delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout
Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the specified address

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

06 — Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Products must be unused, unaltered and in their original sealed packaging
Products must not have been worn, washed, cut or chemically treated
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

The following products are non-returnable: products that have been opened, worn, washed, cut or altered in any way. Hygiene seals that have been broken cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

To initiate a return please contact us at info@olivhairsupply.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

07 — Appointment Services

Booking and Appointments

When you book an appointment with OlivHairSupply you are entering into a service agreement. The following terms apply to all appointment bookings.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund of the deposit
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit
No-shows will forfeit the full deposit and may be subject to a rebooking fee
Service times are estimates and complex services may take longer than anticipated

08 — Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale Terms

Access to our wholesale programme is subject to application and approval. By applying for and using a wholesale account you agree to the following additional terms.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be displayed publicly or shared with third parties
BiziLux products may only be resold by approved wholesale partners
Wholesale accounts are subject to minimum order thresholds communicated on approval
We reserve the right to terminate wholesale access at any time if these terms are breached

Breach of wholesale terms including sharing wholesale pricing publicly or reselling to unauthorised parties may result in immediate termination of your wholesale account without refund.

09 — Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

All content on the OlivHairSupply website including text, images, logos, graphics, product names and designs is the intellectual property of OlivHairSupply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any of our content without prior written permission
The BiziLux name and associated branding are proprietary to OlivHairSupply
Unauthorised use of our branding or content may result in legal action
10 — Limitation of Liability

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OlivHairSupply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services or website.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased
We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use, care or application of products
We are not responsible for individual reactions to hair products — conduct a patch test before use
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
11 — Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable.

For EU consumers: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr which may be used to resolve disputes without going to court.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
